Dinner!…was late because we’re so fancy.

  • Spanikopita (phyllo, spinach, feta, oregano, parsley, eggs, lemon, butter butter butter)
  • Grilled salmon and mahi mahi (lemon, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, pepper, olive oil)
  • Swiss and red chard (red onion, garlic, thyme)
  • Pan-fried daikon cakes (Sriracha, garlic, paprika, oregano, thyme, breadcrumbs)
  • Baked beans
  • Kale salad
  • Butter tarts with almonds

On another note, I’m being grumpy and need to snap out of it because I have it pretty good.
