My semester is coming together, kind of. I’m taking under the minimum number of units like a slacker, have a cool internship lined up, have a few interviews coming up (although I’m not so excited about any of the jobs), and have committed to max interval training for the rest of the semester. I’m also cooking for the house again, taking a surprisingly difficult yoga class, and getting to know some people better.
On the other hand, I have totally been slacking on the job search, which was the main reason I decided to take only 10.5 units this semester. Senioritis hits hard. Today I only had two classes; so I watched a few hours of Parks and Rec, cooked two lunches and a dinner for myself (not including the house dinner), and spent ample time on the roof hanging out and eating donuts. I am SO FULL. I need to stop slacking and start taking my future career and health seriously.
Best thing I ate today: Asparagus, broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms with sun-dried tomato pesto. And a side of delicious hummus that someone else made. I must find out who.
